The Czech Koruna is the legal tender of the Czech Republic. The nation had intended to adopt the Euro in 2012 but its government suspended that plan in 2007. Despite fulfilling the terms needed to use the ‘Single Currency’ there has been widespread opposition to using the Euro from the public. A survey conducted in 2011 showed that just 22% of the Czech people were in favour of replacing the Koruna.
